Unfriendly drivers. One of their drivers attempted to shop in my business without a mask. Refused to wear one. Aggressively charged at an employee. Owner refused to do anything about the matter. Poorly run company. I wish I could give negative stars.

We booked a truck with GPL off the DAT, 1,000.00 more than we normally pay and the president became angry when he realized there were two delivery points (after my dispatcher had already told him this prior to booking.) We sent them a PDF confirmation and 4 hours later when we asked where the truck was, the president of GPL trucking told us he rebooked that truck on another load. No warning, no confirmation, zero professionalism. If I could give this guy negative stars, I would.
