As long as your willing to work hard and manage this as you were managing a profitable business watch out for your EXPENSES take care of your equipment run the most profitable loads you'll make it here. This is a company for hard workers willing to Chase the American dream. This isn't a company like the other trucking companies that you'll work hard for and only earn after taxes $700 to $900 a week paycheck because this company doesn't pay cent to the miles.. THIS company pays 85% of every load. Here you're treated with dignity Respect and you're earning WHAT YOU THINK YOUR WORTH.. here you're a human being you are treated well. I have been working here over a year. This is a fantastic place. DMG gives you all the tools necessary to be successful. The company does not run a babysitter service. The company is very honorable and spells it out from day one what is expected . No b.s. here. The rest is up to you.
