Krystle Geyer, store manager, at the Elgin (Airport Road) Facility has been so helpful while we are transitioning to another state. We needed another locker and she provided! She is great to work with and so pleasant. The facility is clean and well kept. The location is close to our home. We have suggested to many of our friends who live nearby to check out Life Storage and to contact Krystle.
Great place to have storage. Access to building is great. Staff has always been helpful and friendly over the last six years I have used this facility. Krystal was very professional in helping me closing out my account recently. I told her I always recommend this place for storage to others and will be back myself if need be. As a first time storage unit user, their services were amazing! From the moment I called the online customer service number to the quick follow-up from the store manager herself, shout out to Krystle, they were all professional and very helpful. They answered all my questions, which was A LOT, and made me feel reassured that my belongs would be secure.nnThe building is clean, has multiple access points to get to your unit quickly, and maps to help you find your way. Also, their units are indoor and on one level, so no cramming stuff into elevators. The option to rent moving vehicles is a plus as well. I would highly recommend them and will use their services again if needed!
The staff us friendly and helpful. The facility is always kept clean and neat. The y bring my packages to my lockup neatly placed or will call to notify me. Great people great place.
