Was asked to re-package something I was sending out because it MIGHT not be accepted. I was told to use the brown envelopes but was not told that I'd have to PAY for it... My package was ready to go with a prepaid packing slip... Incredible waste of my time.
Apparently, the cheapest way to send A LETTER with tracking in Priority Flat rate for $7. I was about to purchase $20 worth of stamps to support my local USPS after COVID, changed my mind.
I always get pleasant and helpful customer service here. The employees are happy to help me figure out the best way to ship specific items.
I got an envelope back to my business that I had mailed 8 days earlier to pay a bill. It was returned with postage due, the stamp that was on the envelope had clearly been canceled by the PO. They were willing to admit the error and provided another envelope to send it first class, but unwilling to overnight as the bill will now be past due. The clerk actually said the error occurred because of the original envelope. Number 9 double window?? She said it with a straight face.....
I think a woman named Carla helped me. Very nice, helpful and informative. She should get a raise. And no she didn’t tell me to say that. I dreaded coming here and she made it easy. My first time here was near Xmas. Neither time did I wait longer than 5 minutes. I’m sure no one writes positive reviews for usps locations so I thought I’d do this.
