Excellent experience. Went there and keep in mind you will have to stand in line to get inside to talk to a person who will check your paperwork. BRING ALL YOUR REQUIRED PAPERWORK! Once you show all your paperwork, they set you up with an appointment. When you come back you get right in and the process is pretty painless. I was in and out in 10 minutes after getting my appointment. Some of the people can be a bit curt, but that's to be expected when you have a majority of people who don't bring all the paperwork they are supposed to. The people inside the facility were very friendly and helpful. Nice job!

What a HUGE waste of time! My wife and I went to the website for information and it told us that appointments were ENCOURAGED and said nothing about being REQUIRED. We tried calling just in case but all we got was a busy signal. What a surprise. We woke up early to get there as soon as they opened and we were turned away (politely) because we didn't have an appointment. The website really needs to be updated to be location specific so that things like this don't happen again. This is the only full service location near us. It shouldn't be this hard to get your registration/ title, plates or anything else done. If you are planning on going here MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!! Don't assume the website is correct and don't waste your time trying to call because no one will answer. I don't ever write reviews but I feel like I had to in this case.

The process is a little backward. You have to go to the DMV and line up, then you scan a QR code and someone helps you make an appointment on your phone. The people in front of us got same day appointments, this was a Saturday. By the time they got to us, all same day appointments were gone. They made us one for Tuesday. Wouldn’t it be easier to let people make an appointment from home?nnWhen we returned on Tuesday, we couldn’t have asked for better service. The employees were helpful and worked quickly. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Spots were clearly marked on the floor showing where to stand. If they can fix this appointment system so that people can book online, it would be 5 stars.

I got lucky and managed to make an appointment last week for today. Waited in line for like 15 minutes before someone came to see what everyone was there for. So I got to skip the line and go directly inside, still a bit of a wait, but in the end i was in and out in about 1 hour. They should try to make it clear that you can go inside for appointments so that you don't have to wait in line, otherwise wasn't too bad of an experience
