What a wonderful facility! My family moved to the area from rural Iowa and we’re new to all the city “amenities”! The staff was so welcoming and informative of all the services, activities and opportunities for my family to utilize with a toddler and a little baby! Not just at their branch (South Elgin), but to all the other branches as well. It was so evident how much they enjoyed their jobs... even during a pandemic. When I brought my 3 year old in for the first time, one of staff members (Jill) even read her a couple of stories which made our experience even better! My little girl loves to stop in week after week now and pick out new bedtime stories!
Nice space, but staff is always so loud (on the phone, personal conversations) which is shame.
Hands down best and biggest library ever, everyone should experience it atleast once
Excellent, the librarians were very helpful, going above and beyond.
Everytime that I go and need help on the computer they are always very helpful and I always complete my work on time with their help .
