RIP
Ryan took a job, and gave me his word that it would be done in three weeks. He required half the funds up front, a large sum of money. After he received the money, his communication dropped to near zero. He only showed up one day in the first three weeks, and very seldom after. Six months later, the job was still no where close to being complete. Ryan was not responding to any calls, text, or emails. I was finally able to connect with him, in person, and he still could not give me a timeline for when the work would be completed. He agreed to give me a refund, but then never responded to another call, text, or email. He still owes me thousands of dollars.
I typically don't leave reviews for the work I get done, but I was very pleased with the work, customer service, and manners of RPS construction. I am glad they drove to Naperville to work create a beautiful custom kitchen for me, and love showing it off to my friends. I would feel good recommending them to anyone.
I used Ryan for the pergola project as seen on his website he did a great job recreating what we had in mind. Good people and have recommended him already and would use him again.
Good work if he finishes, dont pay him till work is done
