They have probably THE WORST SERVICE EVER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND... STAY AWAY! I reserved a van early Friday morning for a trip I was having Monday morning at 8am. These people have the audacity to call me at 7:58am to let me know that they have a van for me. I get it things happen, I tried to be understanding. When I get there at 8am to see if they can provide another alternative all 4 associates respond that there’s nothing they can do, to please leave and look somewhere else in a very rude way. I don’t know if this company ad a whole is like this, but I truly truly recommend people to stay away from this specific location. They don’t DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.

First time and last time renting with Hertz. Rented for a few days due to car getting repaired due to accident. I originally did not know when to expect repairs to be done, which I informed customer service rep, but he failed to let me know that I would need to call Hertz and extend the days to avoid late fees. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Everything was perfect. From the moment I call asking if they have cars available until I return the vehicle. They answer all my questions and very friendly all the time. After I return the car I asked if I can get transportation back to the hotel I was staying and they said yes so I took advantage of that service. Everything great. In a future I will use their services again. Great people. ud83dude0a I highly recommend their services.

Chose this location through my insurance to pick up a rental for a few days. Scheduled my appointment with Kristen and was helped out by Mark. Both were very kind and helpful. I dropped off my car at the shop up the street when I picked my own vehicle up. The whole experience was easy and painless.

Rent thru AAA. Got a great rate. Service and the staff were friendly and very helpful.
