Jeez. The old, red-headed lady with glasses clearly hates her life. She was very impolite, rude, and gave me an attitude when I asked her for help on finding some materials for a course.
These people are absolutely no help. Everytime I go in trying to find help with textbooks, I get attitude and have to jump through 12 loops just to accomplish a simple task. Staff is misinformed and sent me on a wild goose chase trying to get all the information to return a book, only to tell me once I'd done everything they said that it couldn't be done. I always leave upset and frustrated.
Good service, price of books has gone up over the years but no there fault highly recommend staff is friendly.
Good service and fair pricing.
Aside from the prices the staff is helpful and courteous
