The ladies at the Galva Library are super friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make sure that all of their patron’s needs are met both online and on site! If the library doesn’t have what I’m looking for, they are quick to utilize all resources available in order to procure the item. The ladies there are excellent at what they do and it’s obvious that they take pride in their work!

The ladies here are always so helpful! As soon as I walk in they greet me and ask me if I need help with anything. I am not computer savvy so if I mess up when I'm using the computer one of them will come and help me right away. If I am having trouble finding a book they will find it for me even if it's not in this library. 5 stars all the way❤ufe0f

I was not allowed to apply for a library card without providing a reference from town, even though I provided a state driver's license that proves I OWN a home IN Galva. No, I'm not providing all things needed at the DMV, for a card to rent books. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Also, snacking while dealing customers is frowned upon. Standing when being spoken to by people wanting to get their child into going to the library wouldn't hurt either.

most friendly library I've been to I've been to a few others and this is definitely the most friendly library always willing to help always willing to order something if you can't find it from another library the order it they have a good children's program for preschool age and younger and the on Wednesday mornings they offer that they're just a wonderful wonderful library.
