I completed a course for Business with Professor Lauren Deane. She was very informative and helpful throughout the session. She presented the topics at hand in an exciting way. Her assignments pushed you to expand your thoughts. I would recommend taking a course with her.

Professor Lauren Deane was AMAZING! She really humanized the class. I haven't been in school for 17 years and she really made me feel comfortable as I start my college career with Devry. Hopefully I come across another one of her classes!

I took Professor Lauren Deane's Introduction to Business and Technology course Professor Deane was awesome! She exhibit constant communicated, encouragement and answered your questions so that you had a good understanding of the subject matter.

This is a great university. There is personal attention given to each student, including career and academic counseling. They call to check in and advise on which classes to pursue next and help polish off resume and interviewing skills to help students like me find a job after they graduate. After attending NIU, I can tell you that the education gained here is more personal and focused to future application as opposed to theoretical knowledge of the subject matter. I'd like to give a shout out to Senior Professor Bonnie Rucks for her excellent marketing 319 class. I feel confident that now, if asked, I could prepare a fully vetted marketing plan for a business after taking her class. Thanks for preparing me for the challenges and opportunities that await me in the future.

I am an online student currently taking Critical thinking and problem solving with Lauren Deane. She is a wonderful teacher and is always there to help when help is needed. She is very understanding with all of her students when it comes to completing assignments. She is a great teacher in general and I'm glad i got a chance to take her class.
