I love the Elk Grove Village PF. You can't beat the price for all you get. There is plenty of equipment and in working order. The staff is attentive, responsive, and keep the place clean. I've been to other PF locations but this one is my favorite because It's cleaner, the staff do a great job and the members are considerate & follow the rules. Except for the other day a member refused to wear a mask. He was becoming irate when asked to use a mask. Marisa (staff) remained calm, explained why it was necessary to follow the rules, etc. He still would not comply. He was asked to leave. I admired how well she took care of that on her own, while never shouting or getting sassy. She displayed such professionalism. Kudos to her.

I am a member at another location and went with a friend to this location instead. Very clean and organized. Incredibly friendly staff! Much nicer equipment than Saint Charles location!!! I’ll be back!!

Planet Fitness in Elk Grove is solid! It has a lot of high-end machines and equipment, everything is always clean and tidy, and the vibe of the place whenever I go to workout is very welcoming and is suitable for the average weight lifter. In addition to that, members have access to perks including discounts on Reeboks products and guest privileges, and amenities such as protein drinks and healthy snacks. They also have modern rehabilitation rooms that are super neat for after your workout. I don't think it is the cheapest gym in the area, but the price is superior for all of the services you get. (Note: I did not list all of the perks, if you are interested in learning about all of them you can find the information directly from their website or just by googling it.)

During my time at this location, they always kept it clean. My favorite part of this location is Marisa one of the trainers. Every time I come in she’s so friendly and has such a positive attitude. One day I was having a rough time, but still pushed myself to come workout. I walked into the ladies locker room and I noticed a piece of paper on the counter by the mirror and hair dryer. It was an incredible, genuine and uplifting reminder to believe in yourself, love every part of you, and that you are loved! It was a small gesture that turned my entire day around. She is an incredible asset to this location, deserves a raise and recognition for her hard work while going above and beyond for the members of the gym.

They are forcing masks while working out; this is suffocating. I know people who have switched to Anytime Fitness because of this. Its been over a year of this; we are about done now. If people aren't comfortable working out without wearing a mask they need to stay home because germs are still spreading through machine contact with or without masks.
