Just a bad place. The employees here are just mad at the world, while making more than most Americans. The way these folks behave is exactly how Amazon, FedEx and other carriers are going to prosper.
My package send to Cambodia and return but lost there since July 17 and request inquiries for that and call to customer service for many time but no one call me or find. Anyone know the reason?

Multiple outbound packages stuck there for two months. No communications, no updates. Ridiculous.
