I park my truck and trailer here when I take some time off. Best part, I can say I'll keep my equipment till I'm back, and they will hold it for me. Or when I left I took 2 months off last year. I just asked them for a new set, truck and trailer..Right now I'm not planning for any time off as this market is hot like never before! I'm rolling and whistling, stay safe everyone!

I must say there are some minor downfalls to this company but it's still the best I've worked at. The pay is really good at 82% and you can bring home a LOT of money after expenses. Unfortunately though you have to remember EVERYTHING you make has 18% taken out. For example, if the broker reimbursed you for a trailer washout for $40 and you pay $40 for the washout, after 18% cut the company takes you don't actually get a full reimbursement. Let's say you get detention pay from the broker for $60, 18% goes to the company, this one I can understand a little more. However, with how much you take home every week you really are making up for the minor downfalls here. Dispatchers are AWESOME! My dispatcher is Mary and I'd highly recommend her. However, and I hate to say this, equipment department is very unorganized. If you need to contact equipment it's close to impossible. They ask me to text them to call me. I get a call a day later or never. Huge communication barrier with equipment and personally I believe it's the Google Voice system they use for calling and texting. Again, overall, this company is well worth it and the best I've ever worked with. By biggest paycheck was almost $5,000 after expenses and my worst paycheck was around $700(had to pay a few bills from tire issues on previous truck and only worked 3 days that week). I do have to say one thing, you HAVE to be willing to work! This is not the right company if you just want to be lazy. For me, I'm not going to say I'm perfect but I'm definitely willing to make money. So, if your looking for a truck company thats nothing like the other ones you've worked for then come here! My REAL rating is 4.5 of 5 because I can't say it's perfect but I'm leaving 5 on google.nnQuick side note: I feel like a lot of these reviews are not genuine reviews. If they are fake reviews I'm not sure why there's a need to put them up here. However, this one is from an owner operator working here.
