This is and it's other company Carpentersville Quarry are the WORST companies you can work for..... they treat their NON-UNION employees like crap! They FORCE them to work WITHOUT air-conditioned trucks on the hottest days...and they tell them they HAVE to work until they say it's time to leave. They DON'T pay the non-union workers prevailing wages...just hourly wages from $15 to 20.00 per hour. They work them 6 days a week at least 12 hours a day, while the owners and managers get to have TWO complete days off and they have the employees START at 5 A.M. while the owner and management don't start until between 7 and 10 a.m.. They send them all over Illinois and they continue to send them on long haul jobs and expect them to work until the job is done...even if it's until 9 p.m. And because they have non-union employees WITHOUT medical or any kind of insurance...these employees get sick at work and they have to pay it our of their own pockets (the employees NOT management or owners). DON'T WORK FOR THESE COMPANIES!!
