Exceptional customer service by the manager Jean. I initially spoke to John regarding a problem we had and he did not handle it very well; he had no customer service skills and it was as if my problem was an inconvenience for him. When I called back, Jean was willing to listen to what had happened and we came to a reasonable resolution. I will return because she was professional and cared about my family and I as customers.
The service was ok despite it being really slow. I was hoping for better service. The bathrooms could have been cleaner since there has been a lot less traffic in the past year.
The pizza was good. The service was good and the area is nice. We did enjoy the dine in.
My favorite location to order pizzas from. They are always delicious and cooked perfectly! Employees are always attentive, friendly and take orders correctly.
One of the old skools original deep dish pizza foundations. Can't go wrong especially if you're looking for a buttery crust.
