Subway

I would really appreciate it if the night shift employee would wash her hands before wearing the gloves. Also it would be nice if she covers her nose with the mask while making the food. The only reason i go to this subway is because its open 24/6 yes they close early on sundays and because its the closest to me otherwise i would never buy anything from it.

Standard subway service. Nothing to gripe about this store in particular.

Made a mobile order with a few simple instructions. Did not add extra veggies or wrap each half of My footlongs separately. Added a couple veggies (bell peppers and onions as pictured) I did not request and I had to pick them out. My wife is actually allergic to onions so had this order been for her, she would have gotten VERY sick.

I'm very disappointed with the service I received at this subway store. I went to the store to purchase 2 subway sandwiches for lunch. The employees were fighting and shouting at the back of the store before they came to take my order. So I ordered as usual and I have my coupon with me that says buy 1 footlong sandwich and get another one for free, which I used the same coupon last week when I went there, the coupon was not expired until 11/20/20 and I got the coupon insert on a Wednesday mail. When I was about to pay, I handed the coupon to the cashier and she said that we don't accept coupons here, so I was confused because just last week I was able to use the coupon at the same store. But today, they are not honoring the coupon that I have, I told her that I will only pay for one sandwich because I was thinking of using the coupon that's why I ordered 2, the cashier said that I should have told her that I will be using a coupon prior to ordering, but under the terms and condition of the coupon, it didn't state there to show it before ordering. She added that other stores might accept it but they don't so I told her that I used it last week, and she just shrugged her shoulders at me. She demanded me to pay for the 2 sandwiches. I didn't want to make a scene so I just paid for both sandwiches. This is unacceptable and very bad customer service in my opinion.
