Good hot dogs, fries and Italian beef.
There is always good and bad when a family owned business is bought out and made into a corporate business. Unfortunately the prices have shot up a lot and a number of favorite items have been removed from the menu. Making this an expensive place to eat compared to before. Also the salad selection has been decimated for those in your group who want/need a healthier option. Good news is that this location actually follows their posted hours now. The Italian Beef is still the best!
I got a pepper steak, very little flavor. Fries were good, but the cheese sauce was artificial. Didn't smell or taste right.nOrdered online for curbside pickup, 10 minute wait at noon on a work day. Not bad on the wait, wish the food had been good. I only ate half.
Just good service and good food
Generally I like Portillos. Their food is always served very quickly but at this particular location we where told, for no apparent reason, to wait in the adjacent parking lot along with 2 other cars. We waited and watch as 7 other cars behind us where server. We where eventually given our food but it was completely cold and eventually we where given a refund.
