We were able to get in with fairly short notice. They were sweet to accommodate my friend and I being able to sit and chat even with our appointment times slightly staggered. Molly and Julie both delivered fantastic pedicures and the atmosphere and attention to detail were wonderful. We left feeling truly pampered. Thank you!
Got a 50 minute massage from Cassandra, it was amazing! Facilities were very clean, Covid friendly, and I felt safe the whole time. Cassandra was kind, and attentive to my needs. I can’t wait to go back!
My husband and I got an 80 minute couples massage and it was the best massage I have EVER HAD. Jojo and Nicholas were kind and courteous and were fantastic. I highly recommend adding on the foot wrap and hydrating lotion. We also purchased a RAD roller and it has also been wonderful to use in between sports massage.
The Spa overall was very clean, the staff was courteous and kind and the amenities were fantastic. If you are in the area and after a long day of outdoor activities, I highly recommend going to the Spa at Hotel Park City. We will be back when we return. Enjoy!
Good luck getting ahold of this spa, as soon as the clock turns 4:59- they're done answering phone calls and don't worry if you use their online booking service they won't call you and will book the spots you reserved.
If you get the male on the phone - just hang up he's a jerk. He told me he would only have my spots available if I upgraded to a more expensive service...
The staff were very professional and kind. The amenities were clean and put together very nicely. The massage therapists did a good job. Definitely a must have in Park City.
