I moved three years ago from Itasca to Addison but continue to bring all my packages to the Itasca Post Office because of the wonderful service I receive from Tim and little Tom at the retail counter. These guys are the most efficient, helpful and friendly people I know! Valerie the supervisor is also very efficient, helpful and friendly. Around Halloween I mailed a box with home made cookies and munchies to my nephew who is in the Army at Ft Bragg NC. I sent it Priority Mail on October 23rd and it arrived on November 3rd. Valerie went out of her way to find out what the delay was. I would suggest the Itasca Post to everyone. Keep up the great job!

Came all the way from Des plains. Was really worth the drive. Tom was super kind. Such amazing people.

My father asked for expedited 4-6 weeks passport, and they said that they can't do it. So we went to post office in Schaumburg and they did.

My package sat here for 9 days. for a total of 14, took them 5 to mark it received, then transferred to Elk grove USPS, on Dec 24th a place where packages go to die! USPS has had my package since 11th of Dec now its the 2nd. no movement no scanning
