After placing a job for a Customer Service Representative for our manufacturing facility on-line and reviewing over 100 applicants, I was not satisfied with most of the responses I received.nnI decided to contact Remedy Staffing and they provided us with a candidate who fit like a glove into the position. We are happy to say that after 3 months we hired this temp to a full-time employee.nnRemedy saved me the time of placing another ad and weeding through the many candidates for the position. I would recommend Remedy to other employers and look forward to using them again in the future.

I Contacted Remedy Staffing after working with a Company I was not happy with . It was time to look for a new Career , with their Help I am able to work for a great Company . I was hired to work for Con-Way Freight in Melrose Park I started working there in November of 2013 I was told I would be hired after I completed my probation/hours (which NEVER happened) 10 months later (September 2014) I was still there NOT hired I would call to ask Remedy what was going on and give feedback on the job since no one ever called to see how it was going I was brushed under the carpet. I finally decided to leave and that's when Remedy seemed to care what was going on. I WILL NEVER EVER work for them again and Remedy had the nerve to ask me why did I not tell them anything?nnAny one working at Con-Way Freight dont even think you will get hired they will lie and tell you what you want to hear so they can fill the positions! Another co-worker who also worked with me was there for 1 and a half and was let go so they can hire more temps with less hours!nnIf I could give NO stars I would. This Agency was a bad experience for me. I was lied to and when I had any type of concerns or problems I was made to seem like a fool.nnOnly good person there is Dan.

The pay is less than minimum wage and the people who work there are very unprofessional and lie a lot about having long term positions. You'll only work one day then they'll have nothing for you to do.
