After a terrible experience at Addison USPS, i went over to wood dale and the staff there was very welcoming and kind. They treated me with respect, unlike the Addison USPS.nnAddison told me to leave my package in a dirty door way and treated me terrible. she even shoved the package back at me and told me to leave it in the doorway after her checking to see if she could give me a receipt on it. she didn't even want to scan it in and then she said they are not able to give me a receipt for my package and wood dale kindly gave me my receipt, and scanned my package and put it in a nice area, on top a counter and not on the dirty floor.nnThank you Wood Dale staff for making me feel respected and valued after that terrible experience at Addison USPS. Wood Dale USPS is a great place to go, they are very organized and treat their customers great.

First negative feedback on website. I feel really disappointed at this location.nThe staff here refused to accept my drop off packages. The reason is that I didn’t ship the package from the same city on my shipping label. However, USPS website claims that “drop off is possible in every post office in the US. This makes it all the more convenient for everyone, who wishes to send packages via USPS. “

Michael is a very helpful and nice guy. Very fast and efficient at the post office for sometimes only having 1 person.

Not sure why everyone is complaining. I went in during my lunch around 12:30 and Michael was very efficient and friendly. There were a few people in line but I was in and out no issue.
