I went in to get an eye exam. The people who greeted me at the optical we're very nice and make sure that they wiped down everything before I sat in their chair. They were helpful and me getting a nice frame that fit my . The frame was very lightweight. And I like them much better than the ones I had chosen. The doctor was so pleasant and very thorough. Then I went to go get my hearing checked because I knew it was getting bad. Lou was spectacular. He helped me through the whole process and I now have hearing aids. I am such a happy camper I can see and I can hear. Great experience all the way around. And with my 20% discount I got away pretty cheap.

Honestly, The staff are more polite and friendly than compared to Costco staff. They are on top of cleaning the facility constantly. I am impressed. Also, I see there are more selections such in brand names. You have earned my membership. I am switching to y'all.
Waiting in line for 40 minutes for the rep to realize that there was actually no error. What a waste of time.
The lady with short-hair who works at food court in this sam's club is awesome. They didn't have the item i wanted, she made a suggestion & made the perfect berry sundae for me. Super nice and great service. And she was multi-tasking at the same time!! Even more impressive
