I no longer live in Illinois, but I want to express how appreciative I am of this library. I was a member there for over 3 years. Their collection is extensive. The interior has tall ceilings and spacious, clean areas all around. The youth section became like a second home to our family. They offered wonderful programs for kids and we greatly missed them after the shutdown due to Covid. And now, we miss this library dearly, as our current local library pales in comparison.nThis library is a gem.
3/2021 Stopped in as a non-resident. Only was as far as the lobby. But looked amazing inside. Would like to visit it again soon.
Everyone working here is always been very kind to my family and very helpful. They are prepared with hand sanitizers and practicing social distancing. Overall I’ve been very satisfied with this library.
Been going here forever and I love it. Clean and not typically busy and the staff are very kind and helpful.
Was my first time there & actually got a library card & then stayed to check out children's books for work & audio books for me to listen to on my drive. They had a nice selection of both items!
