Thank you Limoges Jewelry,nMy husband ordered this class ring for me for Christmas! He was so happy it arrived before, he couldn't wait to give it to me! What a beautiful ring, hand craftmanship is greatly appreciated! He ordered it right after Thanksgiving so it only took a few weeks (as noted on the order he said) to arrive! One very happy client here, well two actually!!! LOVE it and I promise to wear it proudly and let everyone know what a wonderful job you did! Thank you again!!*

I ordered a name custom necklace for my daughter's birthday back in September, the necklace was according to the sterling silver. By end of november the neacklace starting rusting and leaving marks on my daughter's neck . I emailed the company with a picture they never replied. I recently called them, got a customer service agent in the Philipines but my issue is still not resolved,

I ordered a class ring online and received an email with the order number that also had a link to check order status. When I clicked on the link and entered my order number and my email, it said I had entered incorrect information. I called their customer service, and they said the order was not complete, that it was needing verification of the billing address (however the email did not mention anything about needing additional information). I had the rep confirm and updated the order. She said to give it 48 hours to updated. I waited a few days and checked again. And again it gives me an error about incorrect information. I call them back again, and they tell me the order was cancelled the week before due to product unavailability. But they had not sent me any kind of notification nor had they refunded my money. If I had not called them, I would have never received my product and they probably would have kept my money. I do not fault the customer service rep - she was very nice and helpful - and thanks to her I got my money back. If you order from this company, keep all your emails and check on your order status frequently.

Horrible customer service! No communication with updates and misleading to customer. They claim processing takes 3-4 weeks but I am now on week 8 and I am still waiting. Their is no communication or explanation as to indicate they need more time (which would be fine) but instead they claim item has been shipped; yet shipping company has not received the package. As of right now I am still waiting for a reply regarding status of my purchase. Such a pain to deal with this company. Would not recommend at all.

Incredible experience. Best jeweler my husband and I have ever worked with. A true artist. Amazing craftsmanship. Kind and thoughtful.
