After searching for a jeweler that would help me with my ring repair, they weren't very interested at all in what they considered minor repair. I then contacted Ancona Jewelers and I was told that they would be more than happy to help me with my cherished wedding ring. They are family owned and not a giant corporation. They were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me. All repairs are done in house and not sent out which gave me a sense of security knowing my repair would be perfect!!! I highly recommend Ancona Jewellers. I am thrilled with the beautiful job they did with my ring. Pleasenconsider them for your next purchase. ud83dude01

We have dealt with Ancona Jewelers in the past, however, this was our 1st time to have Joe as our Salesperson. He greeted my husband & myself in a friendly manner upon our arrival. He is very service-oriented & has a lot of experience & knowledge in the industry. He listens to what you're looking for and makes professional suggestions.

I worked with Joe at the Addison location over the phone because I knew what I wanted from their website. However, what I wanted was no longer available and he quickly guided me towards the an alternative which I really liked. He was incredibly helpful and responsive and made my purchase very easy. He was excellent to work with... I will continue to work with Joe at this location and work with Ancona in the near future!! Thank you! Ron

Ancona Jewelers has the most outstanding, top tier customer service! All my needs were met with care, and they made sure I got the best deals while serving quality items. I highly recommend working with Joe, he was very personable and understood my needs and made sure they were taken care of. Better than chain jewelry stores!

Joe is a wonderful man and salesmen! He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and funny! My 3 kids and I loved working with Joe at a local jewelry store here and Indy and are very sad he moved to Chicago, but we wish him the best!
