Matthew was FANTASTIC to deal with. We decided to have a ring made for my wife’s birthday’s. Matthew was very attentive as he worked beautifully and quickly with our vision as we created the design. Razny and Matthew will be our jeweler going forward for whatever events we have in the future.nnCompetitively priced and made us feel like we were part of the Razny family. I wish Google Reviews allowed me to leave a million stars for Razny Jewelers! From my first contact with the staff, they have consistently been helpful, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Razny has a laser-like focus on developing relationships with customers and meeting every professed need. Eric, Matthew, and Pam truly knock it out of the park in regard to customer service.nMy husband, Mike Chesney, was close to desperate to acquire a Rolex watch. After speaking with a few other stores, we decided Razny would give us the best chance of purchasing the elusive timepiece he wanted. Because of Eric’s wealth of knowledge and positive attitude, we decided to put our trust in Razny. Although Eric made no promises, we believed in his ability to do his best to get us the watch. Having been told by two jewelers that Mike could wait 1-3 years for his Rolex, Eric found it for us in one day. It was a miracle (and a testament to Eric’s skill!).nWe are now designing a signet ring at Razny. This is a relationship we will maintain for years to come.

Buying an engagement ring from The Razny family was exactly how I pictured the process should be. Just wonderful. Sarah C was super engaged, guided me through the whole process, and made it feel like a real special moment! The way it should be. I would recommend anyone shopping for a ring to come here (and ask for Sarah :D). Please don’t risk it or cheat yourself going somewhere else. Quality high end shopping experience. The best. I couldn't thank Razny Jewelers and Pam Harnett enough for helping me pick out and purchase my engagement ring! It turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL! From them taking the time with me, not pressuring me into buying right away and letting me go through this process at my own pace - it speaks dividends to the wonderful company that they are. They are extremely professional and have outstanding customer service. They know how to fix up the PERFECT engagement ring. Razny is truly looking out for the customers best interest in being price sensitive and finding the best bang for your buck! I would 10/10 recommend these guys, and I most certainly will be going back to them for wedding bands!!!!!

A huge shout out to Shirley for such a memorable experience. I wanted to get my mom something special for her birthday and Shirley presented such great options! I wish I could buy them all, but one will do for now! Luckily Shirley added the other items to my wishlist so now I have my shopping done for years to come! If you ever come by, ask for Shirley! She’s really great!
