We've used Terminix at our pharmacy for years, and Luis has been our technician for as long as I can remember. Always cordial, always thorough, his responsiveness is why we will continue to use Terminix.
We called Terminix after noticing multiple mice in our house. The central office originally told us that they could send out an inspector that day to address the issue. Instead they sent a salesperson to potentially schedule a Tech for a week later. The Tech arrived a week later to seal up the house and set-up baiting traps for the mice. None of the traps worked and the service technician would not return calls. I had to get the corporate office involved to a second technician to show up at the house. The second technician was nice, but then when the issue was not address, he would not return any phone calls. We ended up catching multiple mice with snap traps from ACE Hardware. Terminix was very quick to take payment but did not provide any service. Look to find another service provider.
We use them on a regular ongoing basis every month for service to the building as a preventative measure toward everything.
Our service technician is wonderful. Very thorough making sure every area is covered. We are a child care facility and ensures our treatment if needed meets all the safety standards to keep the children safe.
In the beginning every thing was fine, then my tech gotsick but he didn't call. I got a new tech a female. She was awesome. Then another tech got hurt and all the techs shifted. I got another new guy. He was ok.nBut the week of Thanksgiving 11-26-19 , he sent me a completed email as if he serviced me.nHe did not call in advance and there was no visit. I can't stand a liar and this is why I no longer want to be bothered by this company.nThanks.
