Was kinda disappointed in the Wood Dale location. The website and the door of the building said the floor was open. Went up to the door and it was locked. There was a staffer in there helping someone but ignoring us completely. We stood there for half an hour, even tried calling to the store and he put me on hold. Half an hour later he finally comes out and says he was closed for cleaning. There was no sign, no reason for the doors to be locked when there is a customer inside. I understand it's covid, but you can take a few seconds to write a sign saying you are closed for cleaning so you don't have customers standing outside for half an hour wondering why they are being ignored while the floor was suppose to be open.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Evan and his team at this particular location. After catching nothing but stress and grief from several other locations in the area, he solved my issues immediately and then went above and beyond to see that my product was shipped out to where it needed to be. Thank you Evan for your understanding, patience and effort.

If you have a painting project, it's the place to go. Great customer service and Great products. They have everything you need. Very Happy!!!

Today my husband had a bad experience in this place ... he is a painter and knows the products that he normally buys, but today the person in charge of this place was very upset, and did not have a good attitude !! we hope it doesn't happen again
