Our family would like to thank the folks at Grove Memorial Chapel for the great job you did with our aunt and loved one.nThe only problem we had was the fact that your building is far from being handicapped accessible. The restroom upstairs are no way handicapped accessible, we had an older gentleman that is 80 years old in a motorized wheelchair that could not use the restrooms while he was there, he was also not able to go downstairs and join family members for snacks while he was there at your chapel. Not to sure how you can get away with a building not being handicapped accessible, apparently you have issues with having handicapped people on your property.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DECEASED FAMILY MEMBERS DISRESPECTED THIS WAYnnI live out of state and just found out 11 years after dealing with Grove Memorial Chapel and paying over 4k dollars that they never engraved the headstone with the death date..nnThey promised me this would be done in the spring since he was buried in the winter and they never did engrave the headstone..nnThey said I never paid them for that.service, keep in mind they were paid over 4,000 dollars.for them to bury his ashes,nnWhen I found out a few days ago this was not completed I called TONY at Grove Memorial Chapel only to find out they needed another $250 dollars to complete what they should have done 11 years ago, how do you miss something like this?nnIt's not about the money, it's about the disrespect they showed for the deceased by leaving his headstone without a death date for 11 years.nnI am absolutely livid... I wouldn't bring a deceased gerbil to this funeral home knowing what I know now.nnShame on you TONY and SHAME on you Grove Memorial Chapel.nnToday I have contracted with a Monument Companynto finish the job Grove Memorial Chapel never did. .nnUNFORGIVABLE
