My husband and I took our 3 year old grandson, who is fascinated by firetrucks, to this firestation. Before we brought him in, my husband went inside and asked if it was ok to bring him in. They said sure. By the time we brought him in, they (fireman's Jeff and Mario) had a pair of sunglasses and a ball waiting for him. They were both so patient with our grandson and my husband. Fireman Jeff answered all of my husband's many questions and fireman Mario showed our grandson every vehicle in the firehouse inside and out, taking the time to explain to Connor what they were looking at. Connor is already asking when can we go back. Thanks to both for being kind, caring and attentive to my grandson and husband.
Asked for a jump start when my car broke down. They denied me help and left me with two little girls 3 and 1 in a vehicle in weather below freezing. Disappointed in Elk Grove Village and fire truck #7.
