Avis Car Rental

After reading the reviews, I suppose mine will be redundant. The car was relatively dirty when picked up. They told us it would be $91.02 to extend the rental two days, which turned into $192.02. Fees were not communicated properly and itemized bill was fuzzy; it didn't seem to add up. I had a previous poor experience with this company, too. Don't worry though, I have a doctor's appointment coming up to check my head for giving Budget more business.nnFurther, if you have a question about billing you cannot even address it on location. One will have to call a customer service number, instead. Pretty bizarre to pay for a service and not be able to address billing problems with the actual people who provided the service.

Very poor customer service. Joseph also has no regard for the customer. Makes his own rules and doesn't abide by Avis Policy and sets a deposit based off a Racial Profile. I highly suggest using another Avis location to save wasted time and trips. Save yourself the hassle.

Joseph Esfahani took my reservation and was deceptive from the start. Was led to believe it was going to be 50/day...ended up being 107/day. Then he raised his voice many times with sarcasm swiping my card..it was declining repeatedly..raising his voice..I was embarrassed and upset. Someone should retrain this person. Will never use them again.

Please never go to Addison location just rude and unprofessional.After 9 months of doing business at this location I am done. I believe myself to be a valued customer since I rent a 1 to 2 times a month almost 15 to 20 days at a time from this location. On multiple occasions I have been given cars that were filthy had not been detailed I found peoples clothes and shoes glasses underwear paperwork him I was asked by manager Joseph to detail the cars on several occasions and told that he would reimburse me however that’s not my job description I’m retired I don’t do that. For the last month and a half every time I’ve gotten a rental from this location I’ve had to swap it out at O’Hare airport which also cuts into my money and my time I have to pay my stay if I have to pay for travel that’s not in my route I live five minutes from the location Joseph had always been respectful to me up until the other day when I asked him to check the tire pressure on a vehicle that he gave me were the low tire pressure was light was on. After returning from my trip to Biloxi Mississippi Memphis in St. Louis doing promotions for my son who’s there recording artist I decided that I would take the truck truck back over to Joseph and swap it out just let me know that he’s not a mechanic nor did he have a truck available. As of the recent past three months this has been always my experience this is common experience I have to go to O’Hare swap out a car take several hours out of my time it starts with Joseph and Addison he does not maintain a car as well whatever I thought it was a nice guy but he was extremely rude when I only ask him to check the tire pressure in a car I’m fully aware he’s not a mechanic however I thought since I was a frequent customer and he would at least check the tire pressure for me I don’t know how to take to check the tire pressure I have been patient I have been kind I have tried not to terminate my relationship with Avis however it was a slap in the face considering how much business I do with Ava said he would first race his voice at me and then make the statement to me that he’s not a mechanic I’m college-educated retire at 40I am no idiot however I do not appreciate Joseph talking condescendingly to me especially considering all the business that I throw the way the $20 coupon for three days don’t even come close to the amount of money that I lost my advice to you if you are a business owner or a person has appointments or you need to get somewhere do not I repeat do not patronize the Avis location in Addison Illinois you will be sorry
