Let’s start off with their friendly customer service! My favorite nurse is Lauren and my dog Ariel just loves her! Ariel likes when you sing to her it helps calm her anxiety and they accommodate her very well! I am confident in knowing that they take very good care of my Ariel!! The entire staff is the best!!
Banfield will be permanently leaving the Matteson pet smart next month end of 04/2021.
They always take so much care of my cat. I am a nervous cat momma and they always make me feel like I am leaving my cat with the best workers. I highly recommend this place they are so nice!!!

My experiences have been very good with Banfield, however, I am VERY disappointed that they are leaving Matteson. I have two dogs that have been going to this location for well over 4 years and NOW, my babies have to get use to another facility. It's going to be very inconvenient to have to drive at least 45 minutes for another Banfield. Very disappointing!!
