I had a great experience at Kryo Health and Recovery Spa!nI am a personal trainer and was experiencing some major soreness from repetitive movements at work. I heard about the benefits of cryotherapy and wanted to give it a try. I'M SO GLAD I DID! I no longer feel soreness or stiffness in my muscles and I definitely feel refreshed.nNot only was the actual treatment amazing but the spa itself was cleanly. The staff was also very kind and helpful. I already booked my second appointment!

Friendly, professional, and I felt great afterwards. I will be back I suggest anyone else give cryotherapy and the theragun a try.
