Great reviews and nice people. Best to call and schedule appointment by phone. This is needed if your going to schedule more than 1 appointment at the same time. Don't put your credit card on their website. They will charge it even if you are 5 minutes late (and cancel your appointment too)
The from office staff were very friendly. My massage therapist Janet was Amazing. She is very patient and gave me one of the best massages that I have ever had. I definitely will be back. 5 Stars
Kayla, the Clinical Manager, was very helpful and kind in regards to my Massage Envy membership cancellation as well as her other fellow workers. She was very professional and had excellent customer service! Also, she emailed me a list of what equipment and things are sanitized which I believe all companies should abide by. As far as the Membership being $65 per month, this isn't too bad at all. I think every massage therapy place should have similar deals to this as well.
WHAT A MASSAGE!! I felt a hundred% better after that massage!! and the service is SUPERB, very clean and comfortable place..
I went to this location and the people were really nice. But I didn’t like the massage it felt like she was just rubbing me with her knuckles it wasn’t my cup of tea
