Just had an appointment with Brook and I was so happy with the results! I'm so used to getting my brows done and feeling like they're too thin or don't suit my face, but Brook did an amazing job making them look neat and natural. A lovely personality too :) I'll definitely be a regular here.

I’ve had great experiences with the European Wax Center. I’ve been to Orland location and then tried out Tinley and instantly made the decision that Camille will be my new go to because she was so detailed and professional, took her time and made me feel comfortable. I called to schedule an appointment with Camille, I remember asking did she have any availability before Wednesday and I was told that she was off Monday and Tuesday. However, Wednesday at 6:15pm was open. I scheduled the appointment for Wednesday at 6:15p. I get there early at 6:07pm and was told I was to early to wait in my car. I go back in at 6:15pm and was told that she was running behind but I was next, No problem. Someone came in for a 6:30pm appointment for Camille and was taken to the back. So I mentioned to the receptionist that my 6:15 was with Camille. The receptionist told me No, you scheduled with Julia. Which is untrue. It was a mistake on their end. However, no apology; I was given the option to stay for Julia or reschedule another day for Camille because she is booked. I agreed to be seen by Julia due to me going out of town tomorrow. Then they over charged me for my services. I had to call them back and let them know that they over charged me and had to refund my card $14. My first visit was very different from this visit.nnJulia was great. I have no complaints. Very sweet and gentle.

This was my first time visiting the Tinley Park location, and it was great! The receptionist is so bright and friendly; I was immediately welcomed when I came in. Julia was my wax specialist and she was so friendly, efficient, and clean. I was so impressed by how quick it all went as well, and I will be returning regularly. Definitely recommend!

Being 9 months pregnant I was so nervous and hadn't been waxed in 3 months but Julia was great! She made me feel comfortable and it was practically painless! She didn't take long at all but yet very thorough. Definitely would recommend her and rebook of course!

I had my very first wax at this place a couple months ago and it was the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced in my life! I swore I would never ever go back! I eventually gave in and did some more research on the wax specialist before scheduling again. Well I chose Camille and when I say that was the best decision I could have made! She is so kind, sweet and knowledgeable! She changed my perspective and it def did not hurt like the first time! I will be only going to her from now on, she is a superstar! Made me feel comfortable and talked me through the whole thing! Camille you get a A++
