There are some nice people that work there, but it’s the horrible ones that take away from the experience ~ several times I’ve waited on a package, only to get the same update that there was no access or entry. Really? No access to a home that mail is almost regularly delivered to???!! Okay, just say you didn’t have time to deliver, instead of trying to cover your a$$ with a lie! I absolutely hate when USPS has to deliver a package to me ~ there’s always some issue or lie ~ just terrible!
My name is Ms. Lee. I have been contacting the post office since January 31, 2021 in regards to a package that was attempted to delivery on January 30, 2021 due to the snow storm. I have been calling them since February 1, 2021 regarding this package. Each person that I have spoke with told me my package was there and that it will be sent out the next day for delivery. There was only one attempt to deliver this package which was on January 30. They Never made any other attempts to get my package delivered to me. During this time I have been on medical leave and could not make it to the post office to get the package myself. It’s has been two weeks of waiting and still NO package. ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21
My experiences here have been hit or miss; usually miss. That is a maximum of 2 clerks working at a time which means long wait times. Most customers at this location aren't prepared for what services they need so this makes the situation worse.
Horrible service, I didn't get my package delivered like it was supposed to and when I went to the post office I had to argue with the lady working the counter to get my package released and they want me to pay. They want me to pay after not delivering in a week!?!?
A postal worker threatened to stop all of my mail because of a return letter she said I couldn’t return, even though I spoke to the post master and followed her instructions on a return letter, never thought a federal employee would threaten me like that, this is shameful and beyond unprofessional and now I don’t have faith in my mail service.
