I obtained an order of protection and the respondent showed up to my home and the P.F.P.D did NOTHING on more than one occasion. In fact 2 different officers allowed the respondent to stay, which put my life in danger and I ended up getting attacked right outside my home. I got a black eye and the police were the reason why. Idk what type of P.D. allows the officers to willingly ignore court orders. Worst police department ever with the exception of Sgt. Maninno.

I have lived in park forest over 20 yrs and have never had a problem with Park Forest Police. In my experiences with them, they have always been caring and extremely professional. A family member was mugged twice in park forest and they responded quickly and with concern. When my father died, the Officer who responded to the call even followed up with our family weeks after his death. They are truly a good group of people and should be honored & respected.

I only left one star just to do the review very few in this department are worth anything to our community, they are rude and untrustworthy. I have never disrespected an officer in my life but the expeirence i just had with a few has left a terrible taste and i wouldnt call them unless i was dead i would do what i have to and leave them alone to be miserable individuals
