This camera is a scam. In the right turning lane the line where the cars are supposed to stop is set behind the field of vision of traffic, blocked by drivers continuing west. You have to pull forward which causes the camera to activate and issue you a ticket. There is no green arrow for right turns so you must guess and play into their ticket issuing game. They also do not have a traffic light in the 180 degree field of vision that is required by IDOT to be facing the turning traffic lane so drivers know if and when to go.
