Marcus Chicago Heights Cinema

The worst experience EVER. I purchased candy and ate several pieces during the movie and I noticed it taste different. The candy was 7 months old. This is one of the reasons why we venture out to other neighborhoods because of better customer service and accountability. The manager wanted to give us two free movie passes like that was going to make everything better.... NOT!!! Then (Tyler the GM) stated that there wasn't anything wrong with the candy because the distributors said so. Are you a doctor? No you not. You can't predict on what will happen to anyone's body because you don't know their immune or digestive system. Stay in your line. I will be writing corporate about this matter because this is not acceptable.

The experience was not good. The movie continued to stop at the mid way point. My family and I never got to see the end of the movie. There were apologies but no offer to go into another theater to see the movie - after the movie stopped 3 times. There were no offers of refreshments or very little compensation.nnI do not know when my family or I will visit Marcus Theaters in Chicago Heights IL in the future - but it will not be any time soon.

Great place to check out a movie with a love one and or a group of friends. Nice vibe with the bar and grill. Only thing is that I wish they would change those nachos chips. They taste cheap and too hard.

Was very clean. Concession service was horrible... Bring your own snacks

Clean theater! NOT CROWDED..THANK GOD.....ONE COULD ACTUALLY ENJOY THE MOVIE
