Twice in a row this was down when returning. Not the end of the world but huge inconvenience when you have to drive across town so you don't get charged for a failure on their part. It's just easier to pay a couple extra dollars to stream with other services.
I have had multiple issues with this box. One occasion it was out of order so could not return videos and on another occasion it stated it would not except any more discs when trying to return. This required me to drive across town to find another box to return. Not the end of the world but the inconvenience is irritating enough for me to no want to use Red Box any longer. Will be ordering all my rentals via online from this point forward.
Most movies in stock. I like that it is outside!
