The Giordano's in Matteson will not leave you disappointed. Me and my family came here for our outing and we had a great time. Kerri was our waitress and she did a phenomenal job! She was very attentive and professional. The food came out very quick and it was delicious! I will be coming back to this location very soon and bringing more family and friends to enjoy with me. Thanks for providing us with a great service!
I just wanted to Thank the young man who waited on us last night. We were a party of 9 and had been out all day cleaning up the snow from the snow storm we were battling. The food was great and Q who was our waiter did a great job taking care of a bunch of hungry and tired workers. Thank you again for giving us such great service.
Our group ordered one signature deep dish sausage and mushroom pizza and one meat lovers stuffed crust pizza and both were delicious. They came quickly. The restaurant wasn't busy. We drive 2 hours to meet up and picked Giordanos on purpose. We were very happy with the food.
Would certainly recommend eating here. Excellent mood, delightful dishes, excellent customer service. Keep up the good work.
The quality of service from the counter staff has diminished over the years. I hear too much playing going on in the background when I call in an order so much that I could barely hear the person taking my order. She apparently couldn't hear me because she kept asking me to repeat myself. She also forgot to tell me how long the pizza would take before she hung up on me.
