Transportation department is the worst part of this organization. Every single person that has ever answered the phone in this department has been rude and has poor customer service skills. They act like they're doing you a free favor when you're paying for the ride and at rates that are comparable with commercial services like Uber except the farthest they will take you is around the block and back. Long list of rules and stipulations that make it seem like they're actually trying to discourage ridership when you pay and the government is giving grants to help fund this service also. My complaint has been the complaint of many for years but people don't speak up. The government may continue to fund you to treat people with such little respect but karma has no expiration date and will return what you put out where ever it finds you.
