I took a gold chain necklace in that had broken to be repaired. I was given a gold chain necklace that was not the one I brought in. When I complained to the young salesperson, she was very rude. I decided not to push the issue and left the store. I will never do business with these thieves. It taught me a very valuable lesson to take pictures of items when taking in for repair.
I have purchased items for my daughter from this store and have always, with one exception,been treated very well. Most are friendly and helpful. The one exception and I am not sure if she was a daughter or not but wasn't very nice a little on the rude side
