As always, the repairman is professional and personable. He was in, got to work, took care of in an expeditious manner and gave us a full report on our product with a detailed printed report that followed. The clerical staff are outstanding and we love our product and this business.
The repairman that arrived out was courteous and informative. He performed the work and new what my problem was I have 2 pit pulls and he was not intimidated by them. That is a huge + in my book! Great work, Great people. I would call on them again!
