A fair priced Car wash, clean lot, good flow, even on busy days and Mgnt. is always present if any issues arise. They offer various types of washes, floor vacuums, hand dry for a fee and monthly rates.
I went and received services yesterday from fullers in Matteson and I was directed to come forth. My car started moving and than the next thing it stopped and my steering wheel started moving. That has never happened to me before but before I knew it my car was off the line and scratched by the door and tire. I can not open my door on the passenger side. The manager came and helped and took pictures and told me the owner Adam would give me a call cause the other owner was out of town. I have not heard from anyone today at all. Which I should of received a call last night or early this morning. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL. Called around lunch the manager said that he was informed the owner was not coming in. I don’t like feeling like I’m getting the run around for something their system did. Someone is going to take care of this mess.
Can get a quick was or attendant assist. Price is great.
First time coming here and it was a great experience! Honestly, I didn't think the machine would do a good job but it did! I am amazed. This will definitely be my new car wash spot. I chose the $7 wash. Oh, and the vacuum is free. 8 minutes max.
How it is saying $3 dollar car wash but charging me $3.99 for a basic wash. They also need to get better vaccums
