My man Vince is a great guy. I bought my first car from him and he made sure I got the best deal I could and made the process super easy. I had been to different dealerships before that tried to take advantage/bully me into buying from them to the point I walked out of the dealership. At Sutton Ford I never once felt pressured and the whole experience was smooth. Vince really went above and beyond to help me out!! I will definitely be going to them first any time I buy a car in the future.

Rich was great to deal with and very friendly! Highly recommend going to Sutton and seeing Rich! Matt the GM of sales has been more than helpful since our purchase. We had a few issues with the truck starting in the cold and he was very accommodating to get it fixed and even gave us a loaner to use while they fixed our truck. Do not hesitate at all with doing business with Sutton Ford!!

I took my new car back in to get an entertainment system put in and they did a GREAT job. I had a rental vehicle waiting for me because the install was going to take all day. My car was finished on time and everything was installed right. They even washed my vehicle for me. Good job guys! Keep up the good work!

From start to finish, Sutton Ford made a stressful decision to purchase a vehicle very easy. I was greeted as I entered the lot (I had an appointment). My sales agent, Tiffany, listened to my needs, requirements and request. Answered whatever questions I had regarding the vehicle. She was very patient as i tried to obtain my insurance information. Responded/Follow up on miscommunication about remote start on vehicle. It was advertised but not on the vehicle. She discussed with manager and agreed to install when I decide to bring back to dealership. The finance guy was fantastic as well (can't recall name). Everyone was professional, personable and knowledgeable. Even offered water. And most importantly in this day, everyone wore mask and respected social distance and sanitation requirements.

These guys are awesome!nnFound the car we we'd been looking for online and worked out most of it online. On the day to finish the purchase we were in and out in less than 90 minutes and at least half that time was spent teaching us how to operate our thoroughly teched-out Explorer.nnBid thanks to Shannon, Anita and Latoya for making it so easy to get exactly what we wanted.
