They are very kind, compassionate, friendly group of professionals. Always able to connect with the animals parent, when we can only explain what we see happening. They know exactly what to check to find out whats going on. Always such a clean place also, with hospital facilities, surgery, and all the most modern lab equipment. They have seen us through many birds lives. And, though we come from out of state, we would go no where else. Niles is the best!
Our guinea pig was having health issues on a weekend so we reached out to Niles Animal Hospital for help. They did some basic diagnosis over the phone and told us to come right over (without an appointment). The veterinarian was very thorough and gave us specific instructions to nurse our pet back to health. We will not hesitate to return in the future.
I feel so sad for the people posting negative reviews. Although I never had appointments with the veterinarians receiving the negative reviews on here, I do take my pet to Dr. Kline and he is amazing with my elderly rabbit. Dr. Kline’s empathy, attentiveness, and genuine concern for my baby is so obvious and the medication he prescribes keeps my bunny comfortable. I now only trust Dr. Kline with my present and future pet needs!

It is impossible to get an appointment. You have to wait for a month, by the appointment time the pet will be fine or dead. They still do not let people on at other vets you can come inside
