Dont ever trust this woman who runs this fraudulent business. Her name is Valentina (Vali for short)...The flight was canceled due to covid and we still haven’t received the refund. Lie after lie after lie. Never answers the phone and never keeps promises made. What can i say! We are considering legal actions for this scam artist...dont even think about booking with them. Stay away, Run!
I have been trying to reach them for weeks to see if there is anything we can do about modifying our trip due to COVID.
