We take several trips to Korea every year and we've been using this company for our parents. However, this is the last time we will ever work with them. This company needs to really step up their customer service, be polite, take responsibility and stop ripping off customers with additional hidden charges. Always check your reservation and confirm as this place only makes excuses and doesn't like to be held accountable for their mistakes. Mistakes happen and can be corrected but when you are rude to the customer and try to blame the customer for the mistake they have made, that is unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere where they actually will take care of you and listen to your needs.

We have used them to fly to Seoul twice now in several years and they are fantastic. Great fares, attentive customer service and when we ended up with flight switches that caused a 6 hour plus layover coming home they got us an earlier flight quickly upon request.
